Contact persons:Alexandre Kych or Benoit Tudoux List of micro-data available:Warning: data documentation is not available in English Data catalogue by topic keywords, survey title and data producers (only in French) Ordering and Access conditions:The Data Catalogue provides access to over 400 computer-readable datasets which are to be used only for research purposes. Data access is free but registration is compulsory. Applications must be signed and approved by the head of the research institution or dissertation supervisor. A recommendation letter from the institution should be attached. For researchers and doctoral students who work to an European country:The non discrimination rule is working for all European countries, under a condition of reciprocity data access. Researchers or students are obliged to the same rules. After registration of the department or the research institute, data access can be easier. In other case, a short research project must be joined with the application form. The project must describe why access to French data is necessary, which kind of cross-tabulations or data analysis will be conducted. Some precisions concerning further publication are welcome. For researchers and doctoral students who work to a non-European country:Researchers or doctoral students send in any case a research project which will be examined by the scientific council of the data committee for social sciences. The project must describe why access to French data is necessary, which kind of cross-tabulations or data analysis will be conducted. Some precisions concerning further publication are welcome.
